Tricia Vincent is the Director of Development for Colorado Succeeds and is honored to play an instrumental role in securing the financial resources needed to accomplish the organization’s mission. With more than a decade of experience in corporate and private foundation philanthropy, she is dedicated to creating impact through collaboration and relationship-building.
Prior to joining the Colorado Succeeds team, Tricia served as Senior Director of Programs and Grants for the OtterCares Foundation, the philanthropic arm of OtterBox. In this role, she managed K-12 education programs and grantmaking and developed a passion for career-connected learning and its impact on learners as well as workforce development.
Tricia graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in business administration and earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado Denver. She also received a graduate-level certificate in Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Strategy through the Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility at the University of Colorado as part of the program’s founding cohort.
Community Involvement
Tricia is passionate about supporting education and volunteers at her daughters’ school. She’s also been a classroom volunteer through Junior Achievement for nearly 10 years, sharing her real-world experience alongside content that teaches entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and workforce readiness. As the proud “dog mom” to two rescue mutts, Tricia is a regular supporter of Animal Friends Alliance, an adoption guarantee shelter in Northern Colorado.
Why Tricia Loves Colorado
Tricia is a lifelong Colorado resident, born and raised in Littleton before moving to Fort Collins to attend CSU. After meeting her husband in college and falling in love with the town, she made NOCO her permanent home. Tricia loves the Colorado sunshine, the ability to enjoy the outdoors in all four seasons, and (sometimes unfortunately) the Denver Broncos.
