Brad Revare is Director of Strategy at Colorado Succeeds, where he supports creating the organization’s future plans around innovative employer engagement and talent pipeline services. He is passionate about creating business-led workforce programs that solve statewide talent pipeline issues and create real economic opportunity for Colorado students.
Prior to Colorado Succeeds, Brad started his own workforce nonprofit focused around sustainability career pipelines, ran for elected office, and served on the leadership team at CareerWise Colorado.
Community Involvement
Brad is community-driven, having served on a variety of local and regional advisory boards including Denver’s pedestrian and bicycle advisory boards, DRCOG’s Transportation Advisory Committee, and his community’s Registered Neighborhood Organization Board. He’s a lifelong bike commuter who has advocated for safer bike routes to schools and parks so everyone can get out and ride.

As someone who spent part of his youth in Colorado before coming back for college at CU-Boulder (Go Buffs!), Colorado is where Brad is privileged to raise his fierce and energetic daughters. You can find him chasing after them at many of the best parks and trails around the state or biking them to the nearest ice cream shop.
