Ashley Andersen has been a part of Colorado Succeeds for nearly a decade, growing from Director of Partnerships & Engagement to Vice President of Corporate Relations to Vice President of Operations & Revenue. Her deep understanding of the organization, paired with long-standing relationships with stakeholders, provides a solid cornerstone for operational excellence. Ashley’s focus is to ensure the organization, team, and board have the resources and conditions required to do our very best work.

She earned an undergrad and graduate degree at the University of Dayton, a certificate in nonprofit development at the University of Denver, and is a Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resource Management. Ashley currently lives in Denver with her husband and two children.
Community Involvement
Ashley is actively involved in her children’s school community, supporting other families in exploring opportunities and choices in their own educational experience. She also serves on the board of her Registered Neighborhood Organization, advocating for strategies that improve the quality of life for her community.
Why Ashley Loves Colorado
Ashley is a Midwesterner who came to Colorado for opportunities and the outdoors. She was drawn by the promise to create herself here and stayed for the sense of community and optimistic can-do attitude of her fellow Coloradans. Ashley enjoys spending time at her extended family’s home in Grand County and is grateful for the gift of DIA to travel often.
