2024 Impact Report

Each year, we reflect on the progress made in transforming Colorado’s education and workforce systems to better serve learners and employers.

As a statewide business coalition, we are proud to have:

• Supported the adoption of Colorado’s first updated school funding model in 30 years
• Helped lay the foundation for a statewide data system to better track student and workforce outcomes
• Secured millions in funding to expand apprenticeship opportunities
• Strengthened transfer rights for Colorado’s postsecondary students
• Championed career-connected learning initiatives across the state
• Partnered with businesses to address critical workforce challenges
