Launched in 2019, the Homegrown Talent Initiative, supported by Colorado Succeeds and Colorado Education Initiative, is a statewide partnership of rural communities building career-connected learning experiences for K-12 students, based on the strengths and needs of their region.
The Colorado Roadmap to Work-Based Learning
The Roadmap is a guide for businesses, educators, and nonprofit agencies as they work to deliver high quality work-based learning opportunities for students that are relevant, engaging, and connect to education and career pathways leading to high wage, in-demand jobs.
Educators are our champions of innovation, creativity, and learning, and are critical partners in building a responsive and agile education system. With that in mind, we work to connect educators with helpful resources for their classrooms.
