Tickets:
1. Tickets will be emailed the week of the event. They will include seating assignments and any other pertinent details. If you register for other guests and did not provide their email address, please ensure you forward their tickets and event details.
2. Tickets are not required for entry, but may help speed up the check-in process.
Seating:
The event is at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, and thus you will be seated in theater-style setting. Your ticket will indicate a seating section, with open seating within that section. Guests who register together will be assigned to the same section. Finalists and sponsors will have their own reserved areas and will receive separate instructions from the Colorado Succeeds staff.
Food & Beverage:
The reception at 6:30pm will feature complimentary cocktails. Theater concessions are available for purchase. There are also many great dining options downtown, and we strongly recommend grabbing a bite beforehand. Food and beverages bought through concessions may be taken into the theater.
OTHER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Where do I park? What is the attire? Can kids attend? Can I become a sponsor? How were the finalists selected?
The Denver Performing Arts Complex is located in downtown Denver. The complex’s parking ramp has entrances on 14th & Arapahoe and 13th & Champa. You can also find ramp parking at the nearby convention center and street meters. Public transportation, Ubers, and Lyfts are great options for this downtown event – there will be a drop-off location outside the main entrance on 14th.
Please dress in whatever makes sense for you, though, keep in mind it’s a special night for Colorado’s educators and the majority of guests will be in business casual or cocktail attire.
