Tricia Vincent

Tricia Vincent is the Director of Development for Colorado Succeeds and is honored to play an instrumental role in securing the financial resources needed to carry out the organization’s mission. With more than a decade of experience in corporate and private foundation philanthropy, she is dedicated to creating impact through collaboration and relationship-building.  

Prior to joining the Colorado Succeeds team, Tricia served as Senior Director of Programs and Grants for the OtterCares Foundation, the philanthropic arm of OtterBox. In this role she managed K-12 education programs and grantmaking and developed a passion for career-connected learning and its impact on learners as well as workforce development.   

Tricia graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in business administration and earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado Denver. She lives in Fort Collins with her husband, two daughters, and two rescue dogs.
