Madison Knapp

Director of Implementation

Madison Knapp is the Director of Implementation at Colorado Succeeds, where she utilizes deep expertise in program design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement to support the organization in developing and implementing key partnerships and programs. Madison has been integral in leading special projects that support school and district partners across the state, such as The Succeeds Prize, the Homegrown Talent Initiative, and Path4Ward.

Madison has served Colorado Succeeds since 2017. Prior to that, she supported the development team at PACER Center, an information and advocacy nonprofit serving children and youth with disabilities and their families. There, she managed grant writing, donor relations, and numerous fundraising events annually. Madison holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and master’s degrees in business administration and nonprofit management from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN.

Community Involvement

As a mid-career nonprofit professional, Madison is currently exploring what the next phase of her leadership entails by engaging in new networking, development, and mentorship opportunities. As a new mom, Madison is an active member of the parent committee at her early childhood education center and also serves as the Vice President of her HOA board. Between work, motherhood, family, and friends, Madison is always burning the candle at both ends.

Why Madison Loves Colorado

Born in Colorado but raised in Minnesota, Madison was called back to the mountains to enjoy all the state has to offer – camping, hiking, and craft beer (just missing those rivers and lakes!). Madison is a mom to daughter James (Sept 2022), partner to Nick, and resides in Southwest Littleton with family nearby.
